This Intellectual Property Policy outlines how creative work on this website is owned, credited, and permitted to be used. All content displayed on this site is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission from Candice Rhea.
Ownership of Original Work
All brand design, art direction, strategy, identity systems, case studies, portfolio images, and written content created directly by me are the intellectual property of Candice Rhea unless otherwise stated. This includes both commissioned work and self-initiated projects.
Client Work and Rights
Many projects shown on this portfolio were created for clients. These works are displayed under fair portfolio use, allowing designers to showcase completed work for the purpose of demonstrating professional capability. Copyright for client-owned assets remains with the client.
Art-Directed and Collaborative Work
Some projects include work created in collaboration with designers, illustrators, photographers, developers, or motion artists. In these cases:
- I retain rights only to the creative direction I provided.
- Contributing artists maintain ownership of their original artwork.
- Attribution is included where required or appropriate.

Use of Third-Party Material
